At our school, you will learn about Jesus, leadership, and justice in a uniquely diverse, multicultural, interdenominational environment designed to allow you to experience new ways of thinking about the world around you. Your peer group will be a mixture of individuals who grew up in extreme poverty and extreme affluence, each with a wide range of experiences, various cultural and religious upbringings, and unique, valuable perspectives that will help shape your experience throughout the school term. By mixing students together in this way, it breaks down any preconceived notions and expands the way we see ourselves, our God and this beautiful world we live in.
In this new type of classroom, the dynamic changes. As you walk in relationships with one another and share your experiences, you will learn about injustice and justice in new ways. Theology becomes praxis. Through your peers, you will learn about forgiveness and mercy, and it will inspire you to grow in your faith as you learn to treat those around you with grace, kindness, and love.
